We love to celebrate our people and we are proud to have been Internationally recognized as a “Great Place to Work". **How You Will Contribute** In this position, you will be working with our Global Corporate HR Team The HR Coordinator is responsible for the administration and management of the employee onboarding and offboarding process, as well as assisting HR Business Partners as needed. As an HR Coordinator, you will: - Responsible for coordinating and facilitating daily HR functions - Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Team - Assist in all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding as required - Draft employment confirmation letters, HR communications, and other requested documentation on an ad-hoc basis - Ensure all administrative aspects of the recruitment life cycle are handled efficiently and effectively, including coordinating interviews, job postings, and working within the Applicant Tracking System, BambooHR - Contribute to the planning and execution of company events via Social Committee, Diversity & Inclusion and Green Committee - Work with the HR team to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that align with corporate values - Ensure company policy literature and procedures are followed and/or updated in a timely manner - Assist in Social Media posts and content creation as it relates to talent acquisition and retention - Manage background and reference check process - Provide administrative support for various training programs such as lunch and learns, compliance training, etc. **About You** - Required: BA/BS in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field with minimum of 5 years experience - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Strong MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint - Customer service oriented - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently - Strong adherence to company confidentiality policies **What You Will Enjoy at Red Nucleus** - Competitive pay, incentives, retirement, and income security programs - Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs focused on healthy lifestyles - Generous paid time off, employee assistance programs and flexible work arrangements - Performance driven environment including professional development and transfer opportunities - People first culture fostering self expression, diversity, and a growth mindset - Celebrations We love to celebrate service anniversaries, holidays, diversity and inclusion events, project milestones and anything else that is meaningful to our employees - Support of the community organizations you are passionate about - Ongoing programs and events designed to bring our global team together - Diversity, equity and inclusion are valued at Red Nucleus and we believe we have a shared responsibility to provide equal opportunity and foster an inclusive spirit.
