***What does a CNC Machine Setup Operator** **do?**
- Responsible for setting up, tooling Vertical and Horizontal 3 & 4 axis CNC machining centers.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
- Statistical process control
- Works with lead-hand set-up and operators
- Set-up jobs for operators & Edit Programs as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks including fluid and filter checks.
- Set-up and operate manual machines at varied work centers.

**What you bring to the table**
- 5 years CNC Mill Set-up experience
- Strong knowledge of inspection & measuring equipment
- Shop level knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- High School Diploma
- Be prepared to work rotating continental shifts and or modified hours.

**Desired**:

- Red Seal
- Skilled trade ticket
- Programming experience
- Familiar with Fanuc & Heidenhain control
- College Education

**CONTINENTAL NIGHT SHIFT**

**Wage information: $25.00-$35.00/hour (with $5.00 Shift-Premium) (Wage is dependent on experience)**
