**Old Yale Brewing **is on the search for both **full** and **part **time** Line Cooks **to expand the Campfire Kitchen team

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparing and cooking all menu items in accordance with kitchen and brand standards
- Providing assistance stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Following and achieving closing routines
- Maintaining all health and food sanitation standards in accordance with Old Yale Brewing safe food handling practices and Fraser Health protection standards
- Maintain high level of food quality
- Putting bulk food orders away in a neat and organized fashion
- Roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to get the job done and completes other duties as required within the same scope and level
