**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Sales & Promotion**:

- Drive sales of prestige and mass cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance

- Create excitement around promotions, product launches, and in-store events

- Actively enroll customers in the **PC Optimum program**

- Bring a _“selling is fun”_ attitude to every shift

**Customer Experience**:

- Deliver **outstanding, personalized service** on every interaction

- Perform **sit-down makeup and skincare consultations**

- Book clients for in-store events and beauty services

- Use eClienteling to build repeat business and customer loyalty

**Operations & Professional Standards**:

- Maintain beautiful, fully merchandised cosmetic displays

- Follow all **Cosmetic Operating Standards**

- Attend vendor education and training sessions

- Support all loss-prevention, safety, and store policies

- Act professionally and with pride in your role

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- A **proven passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup**

- Strong **consultative selling skills**

- Confidence in **product demonstrations and one-on-one consultations**

- Excellent **communication and relationship-building skills**

- Independent, motivated, and able to make smart sales decisions

- Prior cosmetics retail experience is a strong asset

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Comfortable climbing ladders

- Able to bend, reach, and stock shelves as needed
