Myplanet is looking for an experienced Retail Strategy Consultant, who is a strategic thinker comfortable consulting on an array of different project types with different requirements, in order to support our retail data platform engineering commercialization team. Passion for the retail industry, omnichannel strategy and customer experience innovation through technology are important to be successful in this role. **Responsibilities** - Accountable for collaborating with assigned clients to plan and deliver strategic initiatives that further their omnichannel experience goals and adoption of modern retail technology practices - Work closely with internal Delivery Managers to deliver project success with clients with specific responsibility for omnichannel experience strategy, creative problem solving which help mitigate project risks, early issue identification and the adoption of best practices that are key to success - Establish a strong and trusted relationship with customers and meet with them in order to define, articulate and align on business strategies and practices that leverage their existing technology platforms as well as our partner's technologies - Establish a strong and trusted relationship with key channel partners to improve the project outcomes of mutual clients that generate future business opportunities - Leverage retail data platform expertise to anticipate downstream business impacts and provide recommendations and/or alternative solutions to deliver on the client's project goals and the best consumer experience - Partner with the VP, Client Services (and external partner if applicable) to lead strategic client sessions such as QBRs, backlog prioritization and roadmap planning - Enable teams to grow into high-performance, self-managing teams by being an excellent facilitator, a coach and a collaborator - Contribute to the creation of thought leadership, playbooks and documentation to standardize project efforts and elevate company retail expertise as the company scales **Is this role a fit for you?** As a Retail Strategy Consultant at Myplanet you are responsible for drawing upon the talents and perspectives of our teams bringing together customer experience strategies, systems thinking and curiosity in order to deliver on projects that create next-generation retail omnichannel experiences.
