Mustang Freightways is looking for a** Part** Time**Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker** the scheduled shift will be** Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5pm to 10:30pm**

We are a diversified, general freight carrier offering both LTL & TL services in Alberta and British Columbia. At Mustang, our team takes pride in its service-excellence, to meet and exceed our customer expectations

As a Full Time Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker you will work on a fast-paced cross dock, and be involved in:

- Loading and unloading 53-foot van trailers, or flat decks
- Sorting freight to be loaded
- Operating a forklift
- Manual lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Cubing freight
- Cleaning and organizing the dock
- Freight manifesting
- Reporting discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Track and verify shipments and receipts as required on the tablet
- Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

- 2-5 years’ experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift
- A general knowledge of the transportation industry
- Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of lading
- Experience loading and unloading LTL trailers using a forklift
- Experience handling dangerous goods considered an asset
- Basic computer skills are required
- Strong command of the English language
- A positive attitude
