The incumbent acts as a technical specialist to internal clients and provides assistance and guidance to Level 1 Helpdesk employees, including solving advanced technical problems, and investigating escalated problems by confirming their validity and identifying solutions. The incumbent researches and develops solutions so that DCC remains abreast of advances in technology. Typically to be eligible for a "Reliability" clearance, you must have five years of verifiable background information and to be eligible for a "Secret" clearance, you must have 10 years of verifiable background information.
