Hiring for lead supervisors at Coach at the Toronto Premium Outlets location in Halton Hills. Currently seeking talented individuals to join the management team who have experience working retail, leading visual merchandising roll outs and leading a team of staff.

The Lead Supervisor role is an integral part of the store’s overall success; modeling the behaviors needed to directly impact all aspects of our Company’s business: Sales and Operational Processes. This individual shows exemplary performance behaviors, not only with work performed, but by representing Coach at its highest standards. They serve as a true utilitarian player, possessing the ability to adapt to all roles within the store environment.

Must have an open to close availability every day of the week as well as holidays. Must have experience in working in a leadership/management role in a retail environment. MUST be 18 years or older to apply.
