**ERM **has an opportunity for an experienced market leader to join our global consulting firm as a **Regional Client and Market Leader (RCML) for the Mining Sector in North America **for one of our ERM office locations in **Toronto, Vancouver or New York, **to support and expand a network of excellent client relationships and drive sales in the mining sector.

This senior-level **Partner **position requires a driven, client-facing leader who is interested in being part of ERM’s thriving global community - outstanding professionals who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a technical foundation - to drive regional and global sales for key clients in the Mining sector through leadership of a team of Account Directors (AD) and high growth, private sector clients. This position also includes membership on the North American Leadership Team that includes other key executive-level, operational and commercial leaders from across the region. This position will report directly to the Regional Commercial Director. As a contributor to this important sector strategy, you will be key to the growth of ERM’s business globally, will participate as a key member on our North American leadership team, and will be offered an equity ownership stake.

**Position Responsibilities**

Work closely with ERM’s Regional CEO, Regional Commercial Director, Global Mining Leader, Business Unit Managing Partners, Account Directors and other Senior Partners to manage and develop ERM’s business with a focused list of mining clients, including:
**_Leadership of Account Directors and Client Strategy _**
- Accelerate the growth of ERM’s Key and High Growth-High Value Clients in the Mining sector including the sales and delivery of the full spectrum of ERM’s consulting services.
- Support the account teams in the identification, development, and conversion of strategic opportunities by being active in the market. This includes:

- Accessing senior management in the target client organizations.
- Identifying, coaching and developing the Account Directors/Managers and other senior members of the account teams.
- Engaging with North America Leadership team and Mining sector-focused Partners to develop and implement a strategy to motivate, retain and hire top talent in the market.
- Actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant sales and revenue growth aligned with ERM’s global strategy.
- Maintain a pulse on industry business cycles and prioritize sales efforts toward high potential, large programmatic opportunities.
- Identify and share client / sector / competitor insights and trends as well as large opportunities.
- Provide market insights that can be used to accelerate the growth of target accounts and enhances ERM’s brand through impactful thought leadersh
