Must have:

- Reliable ability to get to site and driver’s license
- High School Diploma

Experience we like:

- Formwork carpentry or other trades experience (including mechanics, welding, heavy equipment)
- Concrete finishing or prep experience including forming (Structural, Peri/Doka/Symons, flatwork)
- Landscaping, framing/decking or bricklaying experience.
- Timber framing or fine woodworking
- Technical background (engineer student or engineering tech, other education including BA or BSC, architectural or landscape design experience, millwright, welder, etc)
- Farm background/sports/outdoors
- Equipment operator including pulling gooseneck trailers in tight spaces, air brakes, & general mechanical aptitude.
- Machine operation, including excavator and skidsteer.
