**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Foster positive relationships with children, providing guidance and support in their social interactions.
- Assess children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the curriculum.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies related to childcare.

**Experience**
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to guide classroom activities and manage student behavior effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse families.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage lesson plans, classroom materials, and student records efficiently.
- Experience or knowledge in special education is beneficial for supporting diverse learning needs.
- Proficient computer operation skills for maintaining records and communicating with parents.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities within the classroom setting.
