**Selkirk GM** is looking to add a **Financial Services Manager** to our dynamic team. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service and is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter.

As the Financial Services Manager you will report to the General Sales Manager, and will work closely with the Sales, Finance and Accounting teams. You will provide customers with expert advise on finance and lease options, presenting to them extended service contracts and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide customers with details regarding extended warranties, aftermarket vehicle protections products and ownership of the vehicle
- Process financing deals accurately and correctly, ensuring the completion of all required paperwork
- Secure the appropriate financial approvals for customers
- Build relationships with financial institutions and representatives in order to provide customers with competitive interest rates and financing programs to ensure exceptional customer service

**Qualifications**
- Experience in an automotive finance role is preferred
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
