As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing plans to support the company's growth goals, including lead generation and brand awareness campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and use data-driven insights to make recommendations to the owners
- Manage external vendors such as graphic designers, photographers, and printers to ensure quality and timely execution of marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for optimization to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are current and effective.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or wedding industry.
- Experience in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
