**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Head of Assurance for the GO Expansion Program the role forms part of the Integrated Program Delivery Team (IPDT).

The purpose of the role is to ensure that all management systems requirements are in place and implemented in compliance with the specified standards and Metrolinx existing QMS.

Key to this is leading the process of internal and external audits as a part of the continual improvement process in order to assure the delivery of the Program in the most efficient manner.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Establish and implement Quality Audits procedure and process(s) and ensure all required audit related documentation are developed.
- Prepare Quality Audit Programs, scheduling and coordinating Internal Quality Audits, External Quality Audits and Independent Quality Audits of the relevant processes and vendors. Report the overall audits output to the Head of Assurance. Conduct follow up audits, where required.
- Develop the required audit checklists and maintain all audits records along with compliance ratios.
- Conduct random site surveillance, as directed by the Head of Assurance, and report the outcome.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the program Quality Management
- Participate in setting the department vision, mission and objectives and follow up of its achievement
- Promote a right first-time quality culture whilst ensuring any defects are corrected in a timely manner. Management of Non-Conformities to ensure timely resolution including identifying and implementing Corrective Actions as required.
- Participate in revisiting and updating, if required, the Quality Management System Documentation.
- Provide focal point in collaboration with the IPDT for all quality audits issues.
- Participate in the preparation of the management review process (agenda, attendance, invitation, report, etc.)
- Participate in the preparation for obtaining ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme or Project Management disciplines

**Years of experience**: 10+

**Technical Competencies**:
In addition to mandatory training courses:

- Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is a must
- CMQ/OE certification or equivalent is an advantage
- Have registered on and are working towards professional qualification (e.g. APM, PMI, IRM, IEMA) is an advantage
- Relevant CSCS Card
