We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless CRM data management, engaging with customers, and developing high-impact presentations and sales materials. You will also play a key role in tradeshow planning and proposal preparation, all aimed at driving Limpact’s sales success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain CRM and Sales Opportunities database
- Provide Sales teams with customer insights and summaries
- Develop, review and edit sales proposals
- Develop and maintain sales materials such as brochures and presentations
- Coordinate tradeshow events from beginning to end
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback
- Confirm and coordinate customer visit itineraries
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales organization
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in presentation design
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Some travel will be required in this role

Pay: $45,000.00-$67,489.05 per year
