Golf Shop Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Associate to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase products, and contribute to a positive golf experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting golfers with inquiries and purchases
- Answer the phone, address inquiries and book tee times in an efficient, customer focused fashion
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
- Manage time effectively to balance customer interactions and tasks

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience in retail sales or related customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Golf knowledge is considered a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
