**Job Summary**
Located in the heart of the Fraser Valley, CJB Restoration Services is a 24-hour Emergency restoration company servicing the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. We are a full-service restoration company specializing in insurance claims due to floods, fire, vandalism, vehicle impacts, environmental services, and full rebuild repairs.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Salary plus performance bonus (Earning potential: $70,000-$100,000 DOE, uncapped earning potential)

**Responsibilities**
- Attend to new claims as you receive them, and follow that claim from start to finish
- Liaison with the homeowner and adjusters along the way to ensure the status of the job is known to all parties
- Complete scoping, sketching, and estimating of the claim using industry standard programs such as Xactimate, docusketch, and Encircle
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial guidelines that are provided to you
- Delegate and supervise your job sites. Communication is key as you relay the details to the appropriate departments and trades, to ensure work is being done and completed while staying within budget.
- Responsible for AR collections of your job, with support from the office
- Coordinate with vendors and the office to relay details needed to schedule a job and manage relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage customer satisfaction

**Skills**
- Ideally 3-4 yrs of hands-on Project Manager experience in the restoration industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- A previous book of business is an asset for stepping into this role
- Exceptional customer service is needed when dealing with homeowners in distress
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and resolving conflicts
- Ability to utilize software such as Microsoft suite, Xactimate, Encircle, Docusketch, and the company CRM
