**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances
- Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
- Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Scraping and stacking dishes, handling laundry, and running errands
- Sweep and mop floors and mats
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand
- Place dishes in storage area
- Scour pots and pans, and may clean and polish silverware
- Supervisor may assign other related duties

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Effective communication and team-oriented
- Prior kitchen experience an asset
- Able to manage to work in a hot environment
- Ability to multitask while remaining organized and efficient under pressure
- Understand restaurant operations and dynamics
- Attention to detail and comfortability carrying out repetitive tasks
- Motivated by direction and a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $16.50 per hour
