Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Constantly provide professional, friendly and engaging service to our guests, this includes attending to all guest requests and concerns.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain exterior grounds of property as assigned (Sweeping, garbage removal, snow removal, lot cleaning, plants and tree care
- Communicate all maintenance issues/concerns to Supervisor
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in hotel, industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00-$15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
