Call It Spring Team is looking for part-time sales associates to join our team at the Dixie Outlet location We are looking for a positive and upbeat individual who is passionate about fashion and shoes available to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Job Objective:
Support the store manager in all tasks necessary for the efficient operation of the store. Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service, so as to promote the company’s image of quality and professionalism. Represents an integral part of the store team and through his/her/their participation creates a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.

Key Job Functions
- Maximize sales goals and provide a positive and professional demeanor in customer service while hitting KPIs
- Maintain visual merchandise and replenish demo pairs when necessary. Ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and displayed according to visual merchandise guidelines
- Perform POS transactions at the cash wrap and understand store policies
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties through the opening and closing shifts
- Implements store policies and procedures
- Responsible for adherence to all loss prevention and security policies, as well as credit policies and procedures, i.e. credit and debit cards, employee purchases, discount deposits, returns, and exchanges.
- Conforms to the company’s dress code and presents an image that is consistent with the company standard
- Supports the manager in all of the essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store Qualifications

Related work experience:
Six months to one year of selling experience, general work experience or equivalent Formal education: high school or equivalent
- Other qualifications: Initiative, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, service-oriented, team player, fashion-oriented, flexible retail hours

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5E 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
