**Summary**

We are seeking an Equipment Operator to join our team at DC CONZONE INC. This role is crucial for our operations in residential construction, where you will be responsible for operating backhoes and dozers to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate heavy equipment including Excavators and Bulldozers
- Perform excavation tasks, rough grading, and backfilling as required by project specifications.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate work activities and schedules.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in the training of new operators as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment, particularlyExcavators and dozers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Valid driver's license; commercial driving experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
