Server/bartender

We’re looking for energetic, personable, and reliable individuals to join our team as **Bartender/Server** at Muskoka On The Rocks - Bar & Grill. If you love creating great guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and serve guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (for bartenders)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Upsell food and beverage items and contribute to a positive guest experience
- Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a server or bartender (preferred, but not required)
- Smart Serve certified (required)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and great under pressure
- Must be legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
