The Role

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will:

- **Operate heavy machinery** such as bulldozers, excavators, and graders for various construction projects.
- **Conduct pre-operation checks** to ensure all equipment is safe and functional.
- **Prepare and manage construction sites**, coordinating the movement of materials and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- **Handle materials** efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards.
- **Maintain equipment** to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.
- **Communicate and collaborate** with a diverse team to meet project goals.
- **Solve problems** proactively to keep projects on track and equipment functioning effectively.
