**Overview**

The Store Manager is an integral role at Super Clean Laundromat leading the day-to-day operations, connecting team members to the values and mission of the organization on a daily basis, and ensuring the highest possible customer care is achieved in every interaction. The Store Manager is the first point of contact for staff and customer escalations. The Store Manager is the liaison between senior leadership, team members, and customers. As a member of the Super Clean Laundromat team, the Store Manager acts as a role model to team members exemplifying our values and striving to provide delightful service to every customer in every interaction.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Day to day store operations including but not limited to:

- Ensures a clean, physically, psychologically safe, and positive environment.
- Manages store inventory ensuring orders are placed in time to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
- Attracts, hires, develops, and retains talent; effectively and fairly coach, lead, and drive high-performance of all team members.
- Sets and reinforces clear performance expectations, standards, and accountabilities for all team members.
- Sets and manages the schedules keeping a pulse on peak times and ensuring sufficient coverage as well as working a varying schedule of daytimes, weekends, evening and holiday shifts and to have strong relationships with all team members as well as understanding the norms of different times in the store.
- Meet payroll targets through maintaining a sales focus, upselling based on specials, seasonal needs and creating opportunities.
- Complete weekly sales reconciliation and deposits.
- Manages incoming orders and effectively follows and reinforces the “own your order” guidelines.
- Sets task lists for team members and ensures high standards of completion.
- Partners with team members and leadership team to support action plans and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
- Leads the focus on consistently delivering a customer experience that keeps customers delighted and coming back because of the high calibre of service and atmosphere at Super Clean Laundromat and via Saaf Laundry.
- Partners with senior leadership to resolve issues, improve operations, and maintain and reinforce policies and procedures.
- Receptive to growth through other duties that may be assigned for example to provide coverage for senior leadership if or when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Customer service oriented
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and related technology
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
