Description de tâches:

- Offrir un service à la clientèle bilingue de première qualité dans un environnement dynamique.
- Accueillir les clients de façon chaleureuse.
- Répondre au téléphone, prendre les réservations et répondre aux demandes de renseignements généraux des clients.
- Organiser la disposition des sièges et les réservations.
- S’occuper de la préparation des commandes pour emporter.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l’organisation du poste de travail des hôtesses (nettoyer et organiser les menus, maintenir le matériel promotionnel).
- Fournir un soutien au personnel de service et aux débarrasseurs en cas de besoin.

Description
- Provide top-notch bilingual customer service in a fast paced environment.
- Greet customers with a cheerful demeanour.
- Capable of answering phone, taking reservations and answering general customer inquiries.
- Organize seating arrangements and reservations.
- Responsible for preparing pick-up orders.
- Maintain the hostess podium in clean working order: Clean and organize menus, maintain promotional materials.
- Provide support to service staff and busboys when needed.
