Are you a caring, confident, and motivated dentist ready to thrive in a supportive, close-knit team? **Urban Smiles Victoria** is looking for a **part-time Associate Dentist** who is passionate about providing top-tier care while building genuine relationships with patients.

123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of industry.

**WHAT WE ARE OFFERING**:
**What Makes This Opportunity Special**: Well-established and growing patient base - hit the ground running. Flexible part-time schedule (ideally Mon, Tues, Wed). High earning potential - collections based excluding lab fees
- Free parking onsite. State-of-the-art equipment - iTero Scanner, SprintRay 3D Printer, Pan, and more. Collaborative, positive, and experienced team - we love what we do. Potential to grow into full-time (In combination with another local office). New grads welcome Ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance available.

**COMPENSATION**:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

**SCHEDULE**:
Approx. 16-24 hours/week. Flexible days (ideally **Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Open to discussion**). Combine with another 123Dentist location for **full-time** if desired.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Requirements**:DDS/DMD/BDS** from an accredited program. Licensed (or in the process) with the **BCCOHP**

Eligible to practice in British Columbia.** 1-3 years of Canadian clinical experience** is a bonus — but we’re excited to **mentor new grads** too
