**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Utilize CCTV and surveillance equipment to monitor activities within designated areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
- Enforce regulations regarding safety and security policies as outlined by management.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in loss prevention or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Physical fitness to perform duties that may require standing for long periods or responding quickly in emergencies.

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Security guard: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Security Guard Licence (required)
