**Summary**:
We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product.
- Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization.
- Manage an annual budget or capital investment plan for warehousing functions across the organization.
- Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring the safety of staff.
- Motivating and disciplining staff.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
- Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Experience in managing third-party logistics providers.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation.
- Ability to interpret and act upon complex instructions.
- Solid project management skills are essential.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Ability to operate forklift effectively.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Available to work extended hours if necessary

**Salary**: $52,892.00-$59,521.00 per year
