**Purpose of this position**:
To assist with construction projects in a manner that does not interfere with the quiet and relaxation of the guests at Ste. Anne’s.

**Specific Duties**:

- Framing
- Tile & laminate flooring
- Roofing - shingles, steel
- Drywall
- Showers - tile, backsplashes
- Trim - casing, base
- Installing doors - interior & exterior
- Window installation
- Decks & fences
- Painting/staining
- Concrete - forming & light finishing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safe use and understanding of power tools such as saws, drills, hand tools, etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools/equipment, and/or report any broken tools/equipment to manager.
- Wear appropriate PPE and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Keep Manager in the loop on low materials and issues on the job.
- Maintain work areas, construction areas, and outdoor areas in a safe, neat and orderly condition.

**Requirements**:

- Capable of lifting 50-100 lbs on a regular basis.
- Monday to Friday regular schedule, but willing to stay late or come in early if occasionally required to meet tight deadlines or complete critical tasks.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
