**Overview**
Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Staff member, where you will play a vital role in delivering delicious food and exceptional service to our customers. As part of our food truck operation, you will assist in various tasks that ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Follow food handling procedures to guarantee safety and quality of all menu items.

**Skills**
- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safe preparation and serving of food.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
