Store Manager

Making sure that the store is clean and ready to open each day
- Ensuring that employees are on task and performing their duties efficiently
- Training employees in the proper way to perform their jobs, as well as providing guidance when needed
- Managing cash flow and making sure there is enough money in the bank to cover payroll and other expenses
- Manage all aspects of the store and its staff, including customer service, inventory management, human resources (including hiring), training, accounting, and budgeting.

**We are also looking for someone who can alter men's clothes. If you have experience with that, we'd love to hear from you**

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
