- Organize and plan the logistics for learning events in Planning and Development Services (PDS).
- Research current trends and changes to identify positive improvements to training methods, policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze feedback after courses are completed.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a Diploma or Degree in Planning, Urban Studies, Adult Education or any related program.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must possess strong collaboration and relationship building skills as L&D is a support service which offers assistance to all of PDS.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
