**Nature and Scope**:
Reporting to the eCommerce Team Manager, the Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate upholds the customer service vision, company values, and culture of the brand making the customer a priority of every interaction. This position requires a highly-motivated individual with excellent customer service and sales skills to support the daily operations of the ecommerce store, packaging and shipping, sales process, accurate order handling, inventory control, compliance, and all other necessary requirements within the provincial and federal law. This position fully supports customer experience in the form of to-go orders/order-ahead, ecommerce fulfilment, and supports in store sales. Opportunity for growth and development.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Leading the daily order fulfillment eCommerce duties
- Picking and packing orders, including maneuvering merchandise.
- Packing orders with care.
- Ensuring that established standards of order fulfillment, maintenance and productivity are being achieved
- Ensuring that operational procedures are being followed
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and customer communication.
- Ensure orders are accurately assembled and efficiently placed into the correct packing station for outbound distribution
- Loading and unloading of product
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets, or relocate orders to a holding area in shipping department.
- Assisting with warehouse organization, labeling, shelves, boxes as required
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
- Manage inventory in the computer program.
- Maintains accuracy of physical inventory.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Maintain overall ecommerce cleanliness, sweeping, and removing of boxes.
- Assist shipping and receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing for processing
- Comfortable stepping in and assisting wherever necessary, packing shipments, making boxes etc.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Comfortable communicating with a wide range of team members.
- Follow all established policy and safety guidelines. Maintaining a healthy and safe environment
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, customer service vision, company values, store processes procedures, and requirements.
- Notify Manager about any customer or product concerns/complaints.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor

**Working Conditions**:

- Distribution Centre environment.
- One shift available: morning (8:30AM - 4:30PM)
- All major holidays off work, except Boxing Day
- Off work the majority of Saturday & Sunday's throughout the year
- Overtime as required based on seasonal business needs

**Physical Demands**:

- Responsible for completing ecommerce fulfillment.
- Comply with company policies and perform daily responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
- Daily compliance with Canadian laws including but not limited to the following: federal/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
- Regular attendance is expected and is considered an essential function; as it is necessary for the efficient operation of the business.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Must be able to accurately track inventory, and provide outstanding customer service
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent problem solving with accuracy is one of your key habits.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Exhibits autonomy and takes initiative with daily tasks while also being a team player.
- Experience in Retail or Customer Service preferred
- Prior experience with ship station an asset, and Microsoft excel preferred
- Self-motivated with exceptional attendance and punctuality
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others: promote a safe work environment.
