**Job Description**:

- S’assurer que les dossiers de contrôle de la qualité examinés sont conformes aux méthodes, aux spécifications et aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées applicables de l’entreprise.
- L’examen est effectué conformément à la POS d’examen des données QAM-210
- Identifie les domaines à améliorer pour les SOP, les méthodes analytiques et les formulaires SGS.
- Respecte les délais spécifiés sur une feuille de laboratoire ou comme prévu par leur superviseur.
- S’assurer que les enregistrements de validation/transfert de méthode/vérification et les rapports sont conformes au protocole et à la méthode fournis par les clients ou rédigés par SGS
- S’assurer que les OOS et les écarts sont fermés avant de transmettre les dossiers à l’AQ pour la publication du certificat de navigabilité.
- Émet un formulaire d’audit indiquant les lacunes dans la méthode et les procédures, retourne le formulaire à l’analyste pour correction conformément aux POS d’examen des données; Veiller à ce que toutes les lacunes valides soient corrigées; transmet toutes les préoccupations à la direction.
- S’assurer que l’examen de la documentation est complet à tous égards et vérifie que tous les résultats sont entrés dans le SGIL du système électronique d’information de laboratoire.
- Audite les documents liés à l’étalonnage et autres documents de contrôle qualité;

**Qualifications**:

- Études : Baccalauréat ès sciences (ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience, comme un collège avec 10 ans d’expérience en tests de contrôle de la qualité pharmaceutique et en examen de dossiers) en chimie, biochimie, biologie, microbiologie ou sciences biologiques connexes ou l’équivalent en expérience de travail
- Expérience: plus de 2 ans d’expérience de travail dans un environnement de laboratoire réglementé pharmaceutique ou une société pharmaceutique.
- Expérience antérieure avec la biologie moléculaire et les techniques d’électrophorèse (c.à-d. Western blot/SDS-PAGE)
- Confortable avec les systèmes électroniques (par exemple. LIMS) et d’autres équipements de laboratoire pour pouvoir effectuer une piste de vérification des dossiers d’analyse
- Des heures prolongées, le travail par quarts ou le travail de fin de semaine peuvent être nécessaires de temps à autre.
- Capacité d’apprendre rapidement dans un environnement difficile.
- Excellentes compétences linguistiques, rédactionnelles et de communication requises.
