**Role**
We're looking to hire a** Lead, Growth Marketing **within our Marketing team. The telco industry landscape in Canada is evolving and we are looking for the best-in-class marketers with a winning, start-up and innovative mindset to help oxio pursue its fast growth and continue to be one of the most loved ISPs in Canada. Someone that will be responsible for driving our growth agenda, a unifier around our strategy and a marketer that will instill customer advocacy at oxio. Someone who has strong business acumen, collaborative mindset and that has experience in scaling-up an online business. In this role, you’ll need a transformational and intrapreneurial mindset with a drive to change the way it has always been in the telecom industry by bringing innovative marketing programs.
You’ll be joining a team of 7 marketers.
**The job and what you’ll need to get it done.**
- You’ll play an active role in building growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition/base marketing strategies.
- You’ll continually analyze, test, experiment and optimize action plans to meet targets.
- You’ll be responsible to manage customer NPS and prioritize key customer journey improvement and influence digital/product roadmap.
- You’ll be responsible for channel strategy and base management programs including our referral program, loyalty and perks program.
- You’ll define and lead 360 GTM strategies based on market analysis, research and customer insights.
- In collaboration with our team members and other departments, you’ll develop strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business results and gather post-mortem analysis to optimize.
- You’ll define & optimize pricing strategy supported by strong business case
- You’ll lead and define the GTM strategy of new product introduction.
- You’ll develop and optimize campaigns based on customer insights and campaigns performance metrics while ensuring that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to the target audience.
- You’ll keep up to date with market developments, latest digital technologies and competitor strategies.
**️ Qualifications**
- 10 years + of experience in a leadership marketing role or digital marketing
- Experience growing a digital brand
- Strong skills in performance marketing at each layer of the funnel
- Data-driven ,analytical and strategic thinking
- Back ground: SEO, manage full paid acquisition funnel, retention & referral, strategic marketing manager role (business model, growth strategies, etc)
- Ability to work underpressure in a highly competitive market
- Experience in developing and coaching talent
