- May to end of August) in Oakville, Ontario. This position will be remote and may occasionally require travel to the Oakville office.

**Position Description**:
Customer Service is the Hub of CGC, working together with many departments to offer an exceptional experience for our customers.

The Customer Experience Specialist (Co-op) is an entry level position with opportunities to develop and build a career that offers a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate customer service skills within a fast-paced team environment.
- Primary point of contact for customers placing orders with CGC
- Receives and processes customer orders and answers customer inquiries, including follow up as required, in a timely manner with a consistently high level of quality
- Build strong relationships and communicates effectively with all departments
- Positive Team player actively sharing the workload
- Supports Sales and Marketing efforts related to specific product focus or information gathering as required.
- Responsible for meeting specific individual/team operational metrics as defined in the Customer Service scorecard Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Diploma/Degree program in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
- Monday to Friday with flexibility to adjust start and end times based on business needs.
