**Position Overview**:
This position is Part-Time and expected shifts will be **Saturdays**and **Sundays**11AM-4PM. Additionally, depending on store demands, there may be opportunity to work occasionally during the week for coverage.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash and manage cash register operations effectively.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Warmly greet customers entering the store.
- Ask open-ended questions to understand the clients needs and offer guidance accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining our products' features and benefits to clients.
- Promote new products, and inform clients about current promotions.
- Undertake additional duties as needed

**What You Bring**:

- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Proficient verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience operating Point of Sales systems.
- Adaptability to learning new programs and tools.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Open availability on weekends.
- Fluency in Arabic is considered an asset but is not required.
