Cambridge Suites Toronto is looking for a Reservations Sales Agent who will be the first point of contact for our guests. You must be friendly and efficient, and we'll train you to become a hotel ambassador.

DUTIES:

- Ensure inbound calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner and established procedures are consistently adhered to.
- Ensure all reservations have accurately interfaced into the system.
- Answer all inquiries pertaining to the hotel such as room types, rate, services, as well as surrounding areas.
- Complete all duties as assigned by supervisors and managers.

APPLICABLE SKILLS:

- Excellent customer relations and typing skills, with professionalism on the telephone and on communication platforms.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Adaptable to change and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Familiarity with various property managements systems (PMS) (i.e. Agilysis Visual One) would be an asset.
- Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations.
