**Position Overview**:
We are seeking committed and skilled math tutors to join Knack Academy. You will work with motivated students in Grades 10-12, offering personalized tutoring sessions in Pre-Calculus, Foundations, and AP Calculus. Our company provides tutors with ~10 students to start, allowing you to focus on teaching rather than building a client base. Knack Academy also supplies all the materials, so you won’t need to develop your own lesson plans or resources.

Most tutoring will take place on the North Shore, where the majority of our students live. A vehicle is highly preferred to facilitate travel between in-person sessions. Tutors are expected to show up at the office once a month for meetings and collaboration. Additionally, students' performance reviews will be conducted weekly, ensuring continuous feedback and opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized math tutoring for high school students (Grades 10-12) in Pre-Calculus, Foundations, and AP Calculus.
- Offer both in-person and online tutoring based on student needs, with the option to tutor in Knack Academy’s dedicated facilities for in-person sessions.
- Use pre-prepared materials provided by Knack Academy, ensuring consistency and focus on delivering excellent tutoring services.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents, ensuring alignment with the academic goals set by the student’s curriculum.
- Collaborate with the Knack Academy team during monthly office visits to share insights, receive updates, and participate in continuous professional development.
- Attend monthly office meetings and engage in weekly performance reviews based on student feedback and progress tracking.
- Develop long-term relationships with students and families, fostering trust and ongoing educational support.
- Demonstrate leadership potential for growth into a Regional Manager role, managing other tutors and overseeing operations in your region.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
