We are seeking a dedicated and talented Salon Manager to lead our team.

**Responsibilities**:
**Foster Growth & Generate Business**: Identify new opportunities, design marketing strategies, and work on business development to drive growth.

**Personalized Stylist Management**: Engage with hair stylists on a personal level to assess, motivate, and assist them in their development and improvement.

**Implement Company Policy**: Enforce company-wide policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with Fresh & Co.’s mission and values.

**Revenue Management**: Monitor and manage salon revenue, including tracking daily sales, expenses, and profitability.

**Financial Acumen**: Must be good with numbers and able to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

**Conduct One-on-Ones with Stylists**: Regularly meet with stylists individually to review performance, provide feedback, and set personal and professional goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a salon or related field.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
