**Position Overview**:Compugen is seeking a Hardware Deployment Technician with iPhone and iPad experience. This is for a 2 -3 month contract working on site.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
You must be capable of troubleshooting issues that arise with hardware and the Windows OS, as all refresh-related tickets will be directed to them.
- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience working as an IT Technician, preferably with a background in hardware deployments.
- ** Work Schedule**: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with iPads, laptops, and iPhones.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Ensure all devices are correctly set up and functioning.
- ** Communication Skills**: Ability to work effectively with team members and report any issues promptly.
- ** Customer Service Skills**: Strong customer service skills to assist clients during deployment.
- ** Background Check**: Must have completed a comprehensive criminal background check.
- Previous experience in hardware deployment or IT support.
