**Overview**:
We are currently looking for a dedicated pharmacist to be our pharmacy team manager/licensee. This is a great opportunity to experience a pharmacy in downtown Edmonton.
- Work hours: 30 - 40 hours per week (can discuss)
- Immediately

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Perform patient focused clinical services as deemed eligible and appropriate for the patients and document accordingly
- Administer injections/immunizations
- Accurately dispense all prescriptions - including verifying and checking prescriptions
- Provide professional advice and applicable dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products
- Supervising and directing pharmacy assistants
- Counsel of patients in regards to new and additional medications
- Other tasks necessary to the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy

**Requirements/Education**:

- Licensed and in good standing as a pharmacist with the Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a pharmacist in Alberta
- Computer proficiency with Kroll Software
- Injection Certification and valid CPR certification
- Additional Prescribing Authority (preferred)

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills..
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $58.00-$65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- pharmacist license in Alberta/Canada (required)
