The private seniors' residence Le Boisé Vanier, located along the St. Charles River, is seeking a full-time evening Heavy Maintenance Attendant position. **:
Schedule: Monday to Friday evenings Salary: Starting at $18.89

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- painting

**Construction**:

- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows in common areas

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
- High school diploma (SSD)
