Job Title: Security Guard **(Barrie)**

Schedule: 1830-0630 Continental

**Salary**: $19.94/hr

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- CCTV and Live monitoring expereince preferred
- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with other Supervisor/ Manager to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others
- Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Requirement**:

- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 40 kilograms.
