Cannabis Cultivation Technician
**Location**: Dunnville
**Hours**: Days early morning starts
**Salary**: $19.00 up to $20.00
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day plant care under supervision
Support planting, transplanting, and harvesting activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cultivation areas
Accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Document activities as required for regulatory compliance
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and security protocols
Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to meet production goals

**Qualifications**:
Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required
Work Environment
Indoor cultivation facility
Exposure to strong plant aromas
Physically active role, including lifting and standing
