Hardware Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on all hardware systems.
- Diagnose hardware problems and provide effective solutions.
- Install, configure, and update hardware components and software as needed.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Collaborate with IT support staff to ensure hardware compatibility and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage the upkeep of the property, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues.
- Manage property-related documentation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for property-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in hardware maintenance and property management.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certification or degree in IT, Computer Science, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.

Language Requirements:
**Salary**: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
