Your day to day tasks will include:
Delivery of high quality in-game animations in a timely manner
Coordination with technical artist to work with character rigs and FX
Coordinate with designers to facilitate gameplay and programmers for implementation of tools and for scripting animations into game engine
Create keyframed gameplay animations
Take animation from initial concept through to implementation in Unity
Developing games that you yourself would want to play
Technical Requirements:
Proficient in a 3D packages include: Maya
Proficient in Unity and/or Unreal 4+
Other Skills (Animator):
Proficient understand of timing, posing and acting
Strong foundation in the principles of animation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and switch between different projects and adapt to different animation styles.
