**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report when supplies need replenishing.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial/office cleaning or facilities maintenance with a min 2yrs exp. preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.
