Gabby’s was founded in 1989 by a local Toronto based family. The concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have great conversations, served quality freshly cooked meals and offered great draft beer and spirit selections.
Today, we are defined as a mainstream casual dining restaurant with an integrated sports bar area that caters to the community and local businesses. We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment and prepare everything fresh on site.
We opened a new location at Square One, Mississauga almost a year ago and are thriving We are currently looking for some outgoing servers/bartenders to add to our team for the fall Think you have what it takes?
What does a successful Server look like?
- Leads by example and works alongside their team members
- Achieves goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members
- Effectively communicates, sharing goals and challenges
- Maintains composure and thrives in a fast pace environment
- They practice the responsible selling and serving of alcohol at all times, handle payments and anticipate the Guest expectations by offering on-going and upcoming promotions and utilizing bar and food knowledge.
- Utilizes their personality and restaurant knowledge to foster relationships with guests
Qualifications:
- 1yr + experience in a fast paced environment
- Possesses the hospitality gene
- Outgoing and friendly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
