You must be comfortable with working across the Lower Mainland.

**Duties**:

- As a Carpenter you are required to work in a team environment and provide the day to day carpentry work as required. This includes both framing and formwork.
- Ensure work is performed with a high level of quality and timeliness.
- Operating hand tools, power actuated tools as required to perform tasks.
- Participating in daily tool-box talks and weekly safety meetings.
- Ensuring all necessary Personal Protective Equipment is used for all tasks
- Advising supervision/safety officers of unsafe conditions or acts
- Preparing layout including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and free of hazards.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are returned to tool boxes and storage.
- Ability to get along well with others in a team environment.
- Positive attitude towards safety.
- Ability to take direction and follow through on instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous carpentry experience (3+ years min)
- Strong work ethic
- Works well in a team environment
- Okay with working across the Lower Mainland
- Having your own reliable vehicle is considered an asset
